Job summary

Samsara, the Connected Operations Cloud leader, is seeking a Sales Manager to guide a team of Account Executives II focusing on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You’ll hire, coach, and lead with an inclusive, high-performing culture.

This remote role is open to candidates in the US Central Time Zone; relocation is not offered. You’ll partner across functions to drive strategy, pipeline development, and top-line growth while upholding Samsara’s customer-first values.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of proven leadership experience.
• Strong track record of coaching a sales team on outbounding.
• Experience with complex, multi-decision maker sales cycles.
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Self-starter and adaptable to change.
• Ability to forecast and analyze existing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and targets.
• Hire and onboard new account executives and provide ongoing coaching.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
• Create training content and support professional development plans.
• Provide clear, tactical feedback to account executives.
• Champion Samsara’s culture and promote inclusive collaboration.
