Samsara Inc. seeks a Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives II targeting mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You’ll hire, develop, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-moving, remote environment.

You will coach ~8 AEs, drive sales strategy, and collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate pipeline while embodying Samsara’s core principles and commitment to customer success.

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire, onboard and coach new account executives for growth and success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems and manage projects.
• Create content for ongoing training and development and provide feedback.
