Job summary

Samsara is seeking Sales Managers to join our passionate, high energy, and fast moving sales team. You’ll lead and support our Account Executives II focusing on mid-sized Private Sector organizations. You will have a consistent track record of ability to hire, develop, and lead an inclusive, engaged, and high performing team.

This is a remote position open to candidates living in the US Central Time Zone. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven leadership performance.
• Strong track record coaching a team on outbounding.
• Experience with complex multi-decision sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy and pipeline reviews.
• Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and coaching.
• Work cross-functionally to solve problems and project manage.
• Create content for ongoing training and development; support account executives’ professional growth.
• Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as we scale globally.
