Qualifications

• Minimum two years of proven leadership performance.
• Strong track record of coaching a team on outbounding.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision makers.
• Excellent communication skills and public speaking.
• Strong interpersonal and team management skills.
• Self-starter adaptable to change.
• Growth mindset to learn a unique industry.
• Proven proficiency in data driven decision making.
• Ability to provide upwards feedback to upper management.
• Ability to analyze and forecast existing pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Coach a team of ~8 account executives on sales strategy, pipeline reviews and quarterly targets.
• Hire new account executives and provide onboarding and ongoing coaching.
• Work cross-functionally to strategically solve problems and project manage.
• Create content for ongoing training and development.
• Support account executives through professional development plans.
• Provide clear and tactical feedback to account executives.
• Advance Samsara’s cultural principles as the organization scales.
• Hire, develop and lead an inclusive, engaged, high performing team.
