Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive to drive new logo growth in the AECO space, leveraging cutting-edge SaaS solutions to transform construction workflows. This remote role supports US-based prospects with 20-50% travel and a compensation package of $150k-$160k with OTE plus commissions.

You will lead discovery, demonstrate value, and close high-value subscriptions while partnering with Product Sales Engineers to assemble compelling demonstrations and tailored ROI cases for diverse

Qualifications

You have 3+ years of proven success crafting and closing robust SaaS solutions.
You consistently meet or exceed annual sales quotas of $1M or more.
You are a master communicator capable of negotiations at all organizational levels.
You have advanced proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Google Workspace for managing complex sales cycles and territory planning.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sales cycle for new logo AECO accounts from discovery to close.
Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to meet ambitious annual targets.
Develop territory plans and collaborate with Product Sales Executives and Engineers to deliver compelling demonstrations.
Identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base and expand ERP-related solutions.
