Qualifications

• 2–5+ years of experience in a high-velocity B2B SaaS sales role.
• Proven success closing $20K–$40K ACV deals.
• Comfort balancing inbound volume with thoughtful outbound.
• Strong discovery, demo, and closing skills.
• Bias toward action and ownership.
• Clear, confident communication with operators and business owners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full Mid-Market sales cycle—from first conversation to close.
• Run high-quality, fast demos that connect Broccoli to customer outcomes.
• Close a high volume of deals with short, efficient sales cycles.
• Prospect when needed—outbound to high-intent accounts, expansions, and lookalikes.
• Understand customer workflows quickly and tailor the pitch.
• Partner with onboarding and customer success for smooth handoffs.
• Maintain a tight pipeline and consistently hit quota.
• Share field feedback to improve messaging, pricing, and product.
