Cengage, a global education technology company, is seeking an experienced regional account executive to drive new business in the designated territory. You will identify and engage senior IT leaders, develop account penetration strategies, and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities.

The role requires experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology, with a track record of meeting quotas in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of experience in B2B sales focusing on new business opportunities.
• Experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise tech solutions.
• Experience engaging senior leaders including CISO, CIO, CTO.

Responsabilités

• Take charge of new business acquisition within the territory, focusing on relationship building.
• Develop and complete account penetration strategies to break into net-new accounts.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of high-value opportunities through proactive prospecting.
• Identify and engage senior collaborators, including CISO, CIO, CTO and other IT leaders.
• Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from engagement through close.
• Position and articulate the value of InfoSec solutions in cyber workforce readiness and compliance.
• Drive deal strategy, including pricing and contract negotiations per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting with risk visibility.
• Demonstrate self-motivation, independence, resilience in a fast-paced environment.
