Job summary

ZipRecruiter seeks an Account Manager to thrive in a fast-paced outbound sales environment, supporting and retaining existing customers with a consultative hiring partner approach. You’ll drive growth through solutions and campaigns, building trusted relationships and delivering results. This role includes a one-week onboarding plus seven weeks of intensive training.

Hybrid work with US remote options. Base pay is $24.04/hour, with a target $50,000 annual commission; total compensation depends

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of account management sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills over the phone.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple duties.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong and Google Suite is a plus.
• Regular, reliable attendance is an essential requirement.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Lead product demos and educate customers on ZipRecruiter’s suite of hiring solutions.
• Schedule outreach to warm leads and current customers.
• Manage a sales pipeline to forecast monthly revenue.
• Meet or exceed revenue growth through upsell and retention.
• Build and develop account relationships and stabilize spend.
