Responsibilities

• Drive account growth: Sell OnTrac solutions to existing customers and secure long-term partnerships.
• Deliver operational support: Manage daily account activities meeting customer expectations and contractual requirements.
• Collaborate for success: Support the Director of Customer Success with reporting, tasks, and sales initiatives.
• Engage customers: Prepare and present business reviews and attend events to strengthen relationships.
• Champion best practices: Work with internal teams to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
