Qualifications

• 4-6 years of account management, sales, or project management with a track record of retaining and growing accounts.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients while driving expansion opportunities.
• Cross-functional collaboration to influence internal teams and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Own client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customers realize value.
• Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work with Partnerships.
• Lead strategic interactions including virtual and in-person reviews, webinars, and demos.
• Build long-term relationships to maximize utilization of the platform.
• Implement process improvements within the account management function.
