Qualifications

4-6 years of account management, sales, or project management with a track record of retaining and growing accounts.
Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients while driving expansion opportunities.
Cross-functional collaboration to influence internal teams and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

Own client retention and minimize churn by ensuring customers realize value.
Identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts and work with Partnerships.
Lead strategic interactions including virtual and in-person reviews, webinars, and demos.
Build long-term relationships to maximize utilization of the platform.
Implement process improvements within the account management function.
