Absorb Software seeks an Upper Mid-Market Account Manager to drive revenue growth by expanding usage with existing customers and uncovering upsell opportunities.

The ideal candidate builds strong client relationships, communicates clearly, and negotiates renewals to maximize ARR. A post-secondary degree and 5+ years in SaaS sales are preferred. This role offers a remote-first environment with global client access and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; confident presenter.

Responsibilities

• Increase net dollar retention through upsells and cross-sells.
• Negotiate renewals to grow Annual Recurring Revenue and strengthen relationships.
• Generate and close new opportunities for land and expand within accounts.
• Prepare client-facing proposals and documentation to aid sales process.
• Manage and report sales pipeline monthly and quarterly.
