Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years in B2B software sales using inside/outside model.
• Consultative, solution-based selling experience.
• Proficient with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and online collaboration tools.
• Strong communication and pipeline management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing.
• Qualify inbound leads and respond to marketing-generated requests promptly.
• Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans to research accounts and stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate data in Salesforce for forecasts and pipeline management.
• Upsell and expand product offerings to current customers and secure repeat business.
