Job summary

Hubexo is seeking a Mid-Market Account Executive for North America to drive new business growth in construction technology. The role is remote, with an OTE of $120,000 and travel for industry events.

You will manage full sales cycles, prospect actively via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn, and deliver value-led conversations to build a healthy pipeline. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or construction tech, and are motivated to grow into

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of quota-carrying sales experience.
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, data, insights, software or an SDR-to-AE sales model would be helpful.
• Clear, confident communication by phone, video and email; disciplined and motivated with a strong pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect within territory to identify high-value targets.
• Run regular product demos and move deals through sales stages.
• Qualify opportunities and understand customer needs to progress deals.
