Job summary

BugendaiTech in the United States is seeking a Microsoft Pre-Sales / Delivery Project Manager to bridge pre-sales and delivery across Azure, DevOps and Dynamics 365 Business Central. You will shape solutions with clients and then lead the delivery team to realization.

The role requires hands-on Azure & Azure DevOps experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to manage budgets and timelines across multiple projects. Certifications (PMP/PRINCE2/Scrum Master) are a plus.

Qualifications

Experience in IT project management and/or technical pre-sales, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps (boards, pipelines, repos and release management).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations and business processes.
Proven experience preparing proposals, estimates, solution outlines and SOWs.
Strong command of Agile/Scrum and traditional delivery methodologies.
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, risks and cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder-management skills.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master or Microsoft certifications (Azure, Dynamics 365 Business Central) are a plus.
Experience working with U.S. clients is preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales and clients to understand business requirements and recommend the right Microsoft solutions across Azure, DevOps and Business Central.
Support pre-sales activities, including discovery calls, solution demos, estimates, proposals and statements of work.
Translate business needs into clear project scope, timelines, milestones and delivery plans.
Lead end-to-end delivery of Microsoft projects, from kickoff and planning through go-live and post-implementation support.
Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies and change requests, keeping stakeholders informed throughout.
Coordinate developers, consultants and functional teams to deliver high-quality implementations on time.
Oversee Azure and DevOps delivery practices, including CI/CD, environment management and release planning.
Run Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
Maintain clear project documentation, status reports and governance, and ensure smooth handover to support teams.
Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and identify opportunities to extend our engagement.
