Job summary

Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex Microsoft delivery engagements, ensuring successful client outcomes, predictable execution, and disciplined financial control. The role requires experience stabilizing delivery, transparent leadership, and governance across onshore and offshore teams.

You will manage budgets from multi-million to over $2M+ scopes, apply various delivery methods, and drive value-focused outcomes with KPI-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years ERP implementation experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Minimum 5 years consultancy implementation partner experience.
• Demonstrated project controls expertise, including baselines, forecasting, and variance management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large, complex projects for Dynamics and cloud solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams across onshore, offshore, client and delivery groups.
• Establish ownership, governance cadence, goals and success criteria.
• Provide transparent status reporting, risk management and escalation as needed.
• Support PMO processes and continuous delivery improvements.
