Job Summary

The Technical Program Manager in Client's Microsoft Practice leads multi-workstream enterprise programs across Dynamics 365 CE/CRM, Power Platform, Azure, and related cloud ecosystems.

This role is responsible for driving Agile delivery, collaborating with senior stakeholders, governing releases, overseeing global teams, and supporting practice growth through presales, alliances, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery & Program Leadership

• Lead Agile programs for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, guide teams, establish product-oriented delivery models, and support solution architecture, roadmaps, and cross-team strategies.
• Conduct discovery sessions and requirement gathering with business stakeholders, product owners, and business analysts; ensure proper resource alignment.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, resource allocation, estimation, schedules, and risk tracking.
• Oversee SDLC reviews including project plans, test plans, requirements, InfoSec, code reviews, SIT/UAT, ensuring alignment with organizational standards.
• Ensure completion of all project documentation such as project plans, user stories, test assets, release/sanity summaries, support guides, and status reports.

Release & Change Management

• Oversee release and deployment activities in alignment with change management governance.
• Validate release readiness including quality checks, environment readiness, training/support preparation, risk assessments, and rollback strategies.
• Facilitate QA, UAT, and business approvals; ensure production-ready build packages.
• Deliver release documentation including deployment steps, manual steps, sanity results, business communications, and ensure knowledge transfer and training.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Manage communication with clients and internal teams through weekly status meetings, monthly health checks, business reviews, and planning workshops.
• Maintain client relationships, identify opportunities for improvement, and oversee SOW scope and contingent workforce management.
• Execute customer satisfaction surveys and follow-up improvement plans.

People & Resource Management

• Lead workforce planning including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating technical interview panels.
• Manage onboarding processes, project assignments, and resource planning across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams.
• Monitor market and technology trends across Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce, Seismic, CCB Insight, D&B Hoovers, and related platforms to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Support presales activities including RFP responses, proposals, estimations, and client pitches in collaboration with business development.
• Serve as a techno-functional SME in client and sales discussions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft and Salesforce alliance teams to build capabilities.
• Attend conferences and seminars to support networking, skill development, and opportunity identification.

Required Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of experience in program or project management within Microsoft Dynamics and Power Platform programs.
• Demonstrated leadership in Agile delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM projects.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence architecture, product, engineering, and business teams.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise delivery tools.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
