Hitachi Solutions is seeking a Senior Client Delivery Partner for Dynamics 365 to lead strategic client engagements, drive digital transformation, and ensure successful delivery across sales and delivery teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years solution delivery, customer-facing consulting, or digital transformation experience.
• 6+ years leadership experience in a matrixed environment with proven experience managing long term client relationships (3+ major client accounts) and expanding accounts over time.
• MUST HAVE - consulting experience, specifically in a Microsoft Ecosystem environment.

Responsibilities

• Envisions, develops, and delivers transformative opportunities with the client by understanding their strategic goals and objectives and leveraging internal assets to propose innovative solutions.
• Provides leadership to deliver quality solutions for large accounts, establishes governance/delivery models, and tracks customer satisfaction.
• Drives value and revenue through solution delivery, meeting KPIs including billed revenue and CSAT, with controls for profitability.
• Builds relationships with executive decision makers and coordinates across internal teams to optimize delivery results.
• Serves as single point of accountability for client satisfaction and communicates transparently with the customer to resolve issues in rollout.
• Identifies new opportunities and collaborates to drive forward contracts and scope of work.
