Job summary

BugendaiTech in the United States is seeking an experienced Microsoft Developer Lead to guide solution design, mentor a team of developers, and ensure scalable and maintainable outcomes aligned with client goals.

You will own end-to-end solution development across Dynamics 365 BC AL extensions, Azure services, and Power Platform, driving CI/CD with Azure DevOps and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on development experience with Microsoft technologies and leadership of a development team.
• Experience in Dynamics 365 Business Central development using AL, including extensions and upgrades.
• Working knowledge of Azure services, Azure DevOps and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI).
• Experience with system integrations, APIs and data migration.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Microsoft certifications in Business Central or Azure are a plus.
• Interest in growing toward Solution/Technical Architect role.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development and delivery of solutions across Microsoft technologies, including Dynamics 365 Business Central (AL), Azure and the Power Platform.
• Mentor, coach and review developers, setting standards for code quality and best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, estimates and development plans.
• Own solution development end to end, including customizations, extensions, data migration and system integrations.
• Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using APIs and Azure services.
• Drive code reviews, testing, CI/CD and release practices with Azure DevOps.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and ensure systems are stable and performant.
• Collaborate with project managers, consultants and client stakeholders to keep delivery on track.
• Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, estimations and daily stand-ups.
• Document technical designs, workflows and architecture decisions clearly.
• Keep up with new Microsoft platform capabilities and bring them to our teams and clients.
