Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own the technical delivery of custom projects from Requirement through hyper care.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps framework, Data Governance, Change Management and Security standards.
• Coordinate offshore global development teams and track scope, requirements closure, UAT closure, deployment, hyper care, communication, and training.
• Collaborate with product owners to manage deployment and training responsibilities.
• Lead end-to-end IT ownership of large programs spanning global IT teams.
• Run daily calls to manage a global team and clearly document action items, owners, and ETAs.
• Review solutions and guidance for Technical Leads; oversee integration with third-party systems (Kafka, MuleSoft, Salesforce, legacy on-prem).
• Review data migration strategies (ETL/ELT, Azure Data Factory) and environment rollouts; provide solutioning guidance and manage dashboards.
• Lead and mentor technical leads, QA teams, and offshore project managers; foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Act as primary technical contact for business and IT leadership; monitor milestones and report progress to executives.

The Application Technical Delivery Manager will lead end-to-end IT delivery of Microsoft Azure & SaaS cloud program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical DevOps best practices. This role combines deep technical know-how and data expertise with strong leadership and program management skills to drive successful migrations, integrations, and greenfield developments across the ecosystem on Azure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Leadership:

• Own the technical delivery of custom projects from Requirement through hyper care.
• Ensure adherence to DevOps framework, Data Governance, Change Management and Security standards.
• Ability to build consensus and drive offshore global development teams.
• Work with product owners and managers to track scope, requirements closure, UAT closure, deployment, hyper care, communication, and Training.
• Own end tend IT ownership of large programs encompassing global IT team.
• Able to run daily calls to manage global team & be able to articulate action items, owners, ETA and build consensus.

Solution Architecture:

• Review solutions and provide guidance to the Technical Leads.
• Oversee integration with third-party systems (Kafka, MuleSoft middleware, SaaS platforms (like Salesforce), and legacy on-prem applications.
• Review data migration strategies; possess deep-dive knowledge of ETL/ELT activities (Azure Data Factory) and environment rollouts.
• Provide directions on solutioning, technical delivery guidance, and manage AD/ JIRA dashboards.

Team Management:

• Lead and mentor technical leads, business analysts, quality assurance teams & offshore project managers.
• Foster collaboration between product owners, business stakeholders, and technical infrastructure teams.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, data migration leads, cross functional team to achieve outcome.

Stakeholder Engagement:

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for business and IT leadership regarding customer program initiatives.
• Provide status on progress and monitor milestones and task delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Report on weekly status to executives (strong communication and written skills must have)
• Report daily status to team leaders and follow DevOPs best practices and standards.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Work with QA management to align on schedule and execution of testing adhering to organizational goals.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on program roadmaps, new services and emerging cloud technologies.
• Be Technical liaison with product team and cross functional program management.

Qualifications

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 14+ years in IT with at least 4 years of experience as project or program manager and 6 years focused on the Salesforce and or Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Proven track record of delivering complex cloud migrations and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Minimum of three large-scale M&A , Salesforce & or Azure implementation experiences (e.g., Master Data Management, Customer Portal, Sales Cloud or complex Integration Hubs).

Certifications:

• Minimum any two Certifications from this list mandatory (Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Fundamentals, Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer)
• Minimum one certification from this list is mandatory (PMP, Agile Scrum)

Technical Expertise:

• Experience of SaaS Application Development and Delivery (Salesforce, Applications on Azure)
• Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Azure Functions, and Logic Apps.
• Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions, Copado).

Leadership & Communication:

• Excellent stakeholder management and team leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in high-pressure delivery environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices for Azure/Salesforce.
• Exposure to hybrid-cloud environments and integrations with CRM platforms (Salesforce).
• Mandatory: Four-year college degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
