SHI International Corp. seeks a National Alliance Manager - Microsoft to drive SHI's partner strategy in Enterprise and Global segments.

You will work with leadership and Microsoft stakeholders to hit strategic goals, execute GTM plans, and convert partnerships into tangible sales opportunities. The role acts as the SHI ambassador for Microsoft, managing relationships, coordinating monthly/quarterly planning, joint campaigns, KPI reporting, pipeline reviews, and enablement to fuel growth of

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience building and managing partner relationships.
• Proven ability to drive sales opportunities and growth.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI's Enterprise and Global segment.
• Build and strengthen SHI brand awareness within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Lead partner planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver partner enablement programs to grow joint accounts and portfolio expansion.
• Drive pipeline and performance metrics through funded programs and co-sell activities.
