Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a National Alliance Manager for Microsoft to drive the partner strategy within the Enterprise and Global segments. The role collaborates with Microsoft stakeholders to execute GTM initiatives and convert partnerships into sales opportunities.

The ideal candidate will build and manage partner relationships, lead quarterly business reviews, and support demand generation. This position may require travel and offers remote work options from Austin, TX.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree required.
• Able to travel up to 25%.
• Experience with Microsoft product offerings, licensing strategies, and competitive selling motions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for Microsoft partnerships within SHI's Enterprise and Global segment.
• Build and strengthen SHI brand awareness within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Foster seller-to-seller relationships between SHI and Microsoft teams.
• Maintain and manage partnership status at the local and regional levels.
• Drive funding processes and maximize growth from partner funding programs.
• Meet target partner sales performance metrics and objectives.
• Lead partner planning discussions and quarterly business reviews.
• Deliver partner co-sell best practices training and enablement programs.
