Zusammenfassung

The American Red Cross is seeking a detail-oriented Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our IT team. This fully remote role supports Microsoft 365 services across the organization, with East Coast hours and strong focus on automation, security, and user enablement.

You will implement, monitor, and improve cloud-based Microsoft technologies, provide end-user support, and collaborate with IT colleagues to support the Red Cross mission.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; ability to resolve problems and prioritize tasks.

Aufgaben

• Administer, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 services (Outlook, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams).
• Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of end-user issues while meeting SLAs.
• Document incidents, service requests, and change records; participate in on-call rotation.
• Develop PowerShell scripts and automation to streamline administration and reporting.
• Monitor service health, security alerts, and usage; generate reports and dashboards.
• Manage identities and access within Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365 workloads.
