Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This 100% commission-based opportunity offers uncapped income potential and the freedom to control your time and income.

Role involves going door-to-door or visiting local businesses, educating owners on savings, closing deals, and earning activation bonuses plus monthly commissions with long-term residuals. Remote work is allowed for eligible rights.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of business-to-business (B2B), outside sales experience (preferred).
• Previous Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to translate technical payment concepts into clear business value.
• Valid current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
• Possess the ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality.

Responsibilities
