Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, designed for those who want control of their time and earnings.

Location: fully remote; you will go door-to-door or meet local businesses to offer payment processing solutions, educate owners on savings, close deals, and earn activation bonuses plus ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience is a big plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills translating technical concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to self-source leads via prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on how to save money and streamline transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
