Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking motivated sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income, activation bonuses, and a flexible schedule.

You’ll go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions and educate owners on savings, closing deals to earn commissions and residuals. Remote work is allowed with field-region coverage; prior merchant services experience is a plus, and a hunter mentality

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience would be a big plus
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate payment concepts into clear business value
• Valid current driver’s license and auto insurance
• Be able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a true hunter mentality

Responsibilities
