Job summary

Xplor Technologies is looking for motivated, self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This role offers a 100% commission-based model with residual income and full training, allowing you to control your time and earnings from anywhere in the U.S.

You will visit local businesses, educate owners on how to save money, close deals, and earn ongoing commissions. Enjoy flexible scheduling, activation bonuses, and opportunities to advance within a growing payments

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Experience in merchant services or payment processing is a plus.
• Strong consultative selling skills; able to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to source leads independently.
• Aligned with our core values and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses plus monthly commissions and long-term residuals.
