Job summary

Xplor Technologies is seeking self-driven sales professionals to join the Xplor Pay Direct Sales team. This is a 100% commission-based opportunity with residual income and portfolio ownership, offering uncapped commissions and flexible schedule.

You can work fully remote in this position, within your region. The role involves door-to-door or local business visits to sell payment processing solutions, education on cost savings, and closing deals with activation bonuses and ongoing commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience.
• Merchant services or payment processing sales experience preferred.
• Strong consultative selling skills with ability to translate concepts into business value.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking.
• Align with core values and be a good human.

Responsibilities

• Go door-to-door or visit local businesses to offer payment processing solutions.
• Educate business owners on saving money and streamlining transactions.
• Close deals and earn activation bonuses and monthly commissions plus long-term residuals.
• Work independently with full support and training.
