Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. seeks a Remote Territory Manager for MEP to drive top-line sales across mechanical, electrical and plumbing accounts.

You will analyze SalesForce, Power BI and ShowPad data to map routing, visit major customers, and train distributor staff on products and engagement strategies. You will establish relationships with Key Decision Makers, manage field activities and travel up to 50% locally and 30% overnight, while meeting aggressive quarterly targets and fostering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in product, commercial or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven selling approaches.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and manage MEPS accounts; travel within territory to call on key customers.
• Execute go-to-market plans and optimize product service and marketing programs.
• Regularly visit distributors, customers and events to drive revenue.
• Achieve sales targets across Power Tools, Hand Tools, Accessories.
• Build relationships with internal teams and distribution partners.
