Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker invites applications for the Territory Manager, MEP position covering Michigan. This remote/field role will manage ME P accounts, visit customers, and analyze data in SalesForce, PowerBI, and ShowPad to shape routing and growth plans.

You will build strong relationships with key decision makers, drive top-line sales, and collaborate with internal teams to execute go-to-market initiatives. A durable driver’s license and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Business Management or Engineering preferred); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Product, Commercial, Industrial, or similar background.
• Ability to analyze PowerBI and SalesForce data to develop strategic growth plans and improve financial performance.
• Willingness to frequently travel up to 50% Local travel; 30% Overnight travel.
• Maintain valid driver’s license and pass all drug and criminal background checks.
• Capable of lifting up to 50lbs and being on your feet for several hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory of MEP accounts across Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing groups.
• Execute strategic plans using Go-to-Market strategy and marketing programs.
• Regularly call on Key Customers with daily travel to distributors and events.
• Achieve sales targets for Power Tools, Hand Tools, Accessories and related products.
• Establish relationships with internal teams, distribution, and end users.
• Provide product training and support to distributors and end users.
