Job summary

Service Corporation International is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Minnesota to generate leads and schedule appointments for pre-need cemetery and cremation services. You will present options, guide families through contracts, and follow up for referrals with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

The role requires face-to-face outreach, strong communication, and the ability to work flexible evenings or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• Funeral Directors License where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; company will support obtaining licensing
• Current state/province issued driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Sales experience preferred; industry experience a plus
• CRM systems experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Attain or exceed monthly sales revenue quota and present services to clients.
• Prospect and develop leads within the community and through events; schedule sales appointments.
• Build relationships with families, provide service excellence, and close contracts.
• Collaborate with management and staff to improve processes and customer satisfaction
