Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads, dedicating 1–2 hours daily to prospecting.
• Explain and present cemetery and pre-need options to families.
• Build relationships with families and obtain referrals.
• Respond to inquiries promptly with professional, respectful communication.
• Collaborate with funeral directors and staff to ensure quality service.
