Service Corporation International, through the Dignity Memorial brand, seeks a driven sales professional in Houston to generate revenue by presenting pre-need and at-need options to families. You will guide tours, answer questions, and secure contracts while building lasting relationships.

The role requires Night/weekend availability and strong CRM usage; a background in sales and customer service is preferred. This position emphasizes compassionate service and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
• Licenses: Funeral Directors license where required by state law; Life Insurance license where required by state law; driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly sales revenue quotas by presenting the Dignity Memorial Personal Planning Guide and cemetery/pre-need services to families.
• Prospect leads 50% of the day through events, networks, and seminars; maintain CRM activity.
• Build relationships with families, support during grief, and coordinate with SCI team to ensure service excellence.
