Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and empathy in prospect interactions.
• Experience with CRM systems and data entry.
• Knowledge of Samaritan Ministries (SMI) programs and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Consult prospective members via phone, chat, and email in a professional, friendly manner.
• Follow up with prospective members to aid decision-making.
• Enter prospective member data into CRM for servicing the member base.
• Manage time and schedule to meet department service levels.
• Strategize initiatives to reach new members and implement from conception to completion.
