Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide biblical counsel, prayer, and encouragement while upholding church authority.
• Participate in ongoing training through meetings and self-guided materials.
• Meet quality assurance and performance metrics set by Team Lead.
• Handle member problems and complaints with professionalism and Christ-centered compassion.
• Help members navigate health care sharing processes and understand policy guidelines.
• Answer member questions about Samaritan Ministries and related processes.
• Resolve member issues to deliver an excellent member experience.
• Assess member situations to communicate effectively and compassionately.
• Document member interactions in the membership database.
• Communicate sensitive information with privacy and security.
