Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in development, communications, events, or related role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Donor relations, stewardship, and donor database management.
• Plan and execute fundraising events and volunteer coordination.
• Develop digital engagement and communications aligned with branding.
• Coordinate with Director on fundraising priorities and budgets.
• Ensure confidential handling of donor information and professional interactions.
