Job summary

SERVICE SPECIALTIES, INC. in Chantilly, VA is seeking a proactive Member Outreach Specialist to reach out to potential members by phone, email, and other channels to explain benefits and encourage enrollment.

You will follow up with leads, maintain accurate records in our CRM, support existing members, and collaborate with the team to promote events and campaigns, while delivering a positive experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer service, or outreach experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting follow-ups.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive, energetic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to potential members via phone, email, and other channels to share the benefits of membership.
• Follow up with leads to answer questions, provide guidance, and encourage enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and status updates using our database/CRM system.
• Support existing members and address their needs to ensure continued satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to develop creative strategies for membership growth.
• Assist in planning and promoting events, campaigns, or special offers as needed.
• Provide a positive, professional, and enthusiastic experience for every prospect and member.
