Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Knowledge of SMI Programs, Guidelines, and Interpretation of Guidelines.
• Basic Math and understanding of processes.
• Familiarity with Zoho Desk, CRM, Five9 and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Consulting through phone, chat, and email in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner with prospective members
• Following up with prospective members to further assist in the decision-making process
• Entering prospective member data into CRM for servicing the prospective member base with excellence
• Manage time and schedule to meet service levels
• Representing SMI at conferences, churches, ministries, etc.
