Rocs, Inc. is seeking a curious Membership Development Associate to support a sales team through lead generation, account research, prospect qualification, and pipeline management.

You will research target manufacturing companies, qualify leads, craft personalized outreach to executives, and maintain CRM data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Liberal Arts, or related field.
• 1–2 years in sales, marketing, business development, or sales support; recent grads considered.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM strongly preferred.
• Familiar with Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Research target manufacturing companies and identify executive-level decision-makers and potential membership prospects.
• Qualify or disqualify leads based on target-market criteria.
• Develop personalized outreach to engage C-suite and senior-level executives.
• Support campaigns and collaborate with sales team to generate new opportunities.
• Schedule introductory calls and meetings with qualified prospects.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and monitor pipeline stages and follow-ups.
• Review campaign analytics using Outreach, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Navigator.
• Gain strong understanding of membership offerings and target markets.
• Support automation initiatives to improve prospecting and outreach processes.
