Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer-facing roles.
• Fluent in English; Spanish preferred.
• Experience in a high-volume contact center is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Sensor Activation visits and ensure device connectivity.
• Handle a high flow of member interactions across channels.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues with empathy and clarity.
• Document interactions in the ticketing system and coordinate with teams.
• Prioritize inquiries to meet SLA targets and resolve with quality.
