Alignment Health is seeking a remote Customer Experience Specialist to serve seniors and individuals with disabilities across the contiguous US. You will own member interactions from start to finish, provide empathetic, accurate information on benefits, eligibility, and services, and document all contact in real time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2+ years in customer service, call center or member support in healthcare.
• Ability to use technology and follow detailed workflows.
• Clear, concise and warm communication; HIPAA compliance awareness.

Responsibilities

• Build caring connections with every member through empathy and respect.
• Own each interaction end-to-end and resolve inquiries on first contact.
• Deliver exceptional service and promote trust and first-call resolution.
• Respond to inquiries about benefits, eligibility, services, policies clearly.
• Document interactions accurately in real time for continuity of care.
• Address complaints and escalate when needed; support outreach initiatives.
• Represent Alignment Healthcare with integrity and a serving-heart mindset.
• Participate in ongoing coaching to strengthen service skills.
