Job summary

Northern Credit Union is seeking an Owner Solutions Professional to provide remote member service across channels and to maintain accurate operations in line with the Credit Union’s standards. The role involves supporting transactions, online banking, and ACH/SEG payroll processes.

The position requires a two-year degree, 6 months to 2 years of related experience, and strong communication and multitasking abilities. Telecommuting with occasional travel between centers is expected.

Qualifications

• Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study.
• 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience.
• Clear communication with internal and external customers is required.
• Ability to work within a team while working independently.
• Ability to multi-task and move quickly between priorities.
• Must be technologically savvy, especially for self-service options and evolving consumer needs.

Responsibilities

• Promote Northern’s Ownership philosophy and exceptional member service.
• Support remote service delivery channels (phone, Video Banking, Text/Chat).
• Educate and assist members on transactions, IRAs, CDs, ACH/SEG payroll deductions, and online banking.
• Perform audits and ensure accuracy of member information and processes.
• Handle account maintenance and documentation for member requests.
