Job summary

Nutmeg State Federal Credit Union seeks a Member Experience Specialist I to assist members with inquiries and financial transactions, including online banking requests, via phone, email, or chat. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required, associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of one-year experience in a sales or customer service role is required.
• Prior experience in a financial/banking institution preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Provide accurate and complete information and resolve member issues.
• Document all member interactions and resolutions in the applicable systems.
• Update member information and perform basic account maintenance as needed.
• Adhere to privacy, compliance standards and company procedures.
