Responsibilities

• Respond to member inquiries via phone and digital channels.
• Process and originate new deposit accounts (checking, money market, share, CDs).
• Handle card services, account management, and online/mobile banking support.
• Ensure compliance with credit union policies, regulatory requirements, and security procedures.
• Verify member identification per MISP procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality of member information and restrict access to business purposes.
• Meet KPIs and maintain call quality and soft skills.
• Gain knowledge of products/services and provide personalized recommendations and referrals.
• Collaborate with mentors and management to improve service delivery.
• Assist with other operational duties as needed.
