Qualifications

• Retail banking experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Availability to work overtime and Saturdays.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.
• Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent member service by assessing needs and offering tailored financial solutions.
• Process new accounts, maintenance, loan applications and teller transactions.
• Educate members on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with MCU policies.
• Support branch sales/service goals and referrals.
