Job summary

GTE Financial seeks a Member Experience Advocate I to support members remotely, handling inbound calls and virtual teller sessions. You will resolve basic inquiries, guide product options, and help drive higher member engagement with loan referrals when appropriate.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer service or banking, bilingual English/Spanish preferred, and a readiness to learn compliance rules. This full-time remote role offers growth within the Member Care Team.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
Minimum 1–3 years' experience in customer service, banking, or call center.
Bilingual, Spanish is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages inbound calls and/or virtual teller sessions.
Resolves fundamental member inquiries about accounts and transactions.
Ability to refer quality loan referrals based on member needs.
Gather information, analyze facts, and educate members for a one-point resolution.
Deliver great member experience with a positive attitude.
Present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
Learn and access products through virtual banking.
