You will learn and use virtual banking tools, offer quality loan referrals, and work to achieve individual and team goals with a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Customer service and banking experience is preferred.
• Ability to learn and use online banking tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and virtual teller sessions.
• Resolve inquiries about checking/savings accounts and balance research.
• Refer loan opportunities based on member needs.
• Provide a one-point resolution with a positive attitude.
