Qualifications

• 0-2 years of contact center or customer service experience is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute and follow complex instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with transportation questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations as requested.
• Document customer interactions accurately and thoroughly.
