MTM Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative to be the frontline voice for our members, clients, and facilities. You will handle inbound calls and help deliver our mission of removing barriers to care, with daily call volumes in the 60–80 range and a focus on quality service.

Qualified candidates reside in Hawaii, have 1 year of call center experience and 6 months of customer service exposure, plus solid typing and computer skills and reliable high‑speed internet.

Qualifications

• Must reside in Hawaii and have legal work authorization.
• At least 1 year of call center experience.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound calls from MTM Health Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Maintain call volumes of about 60–80 calls per day, with spikes on Mondays.
