You will handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities, averaging 60–80 calls daily with higher volumes on Mondays. The role requires Missouri residency, 1 year of call center experience, 6 months of customer service experience, and solid typing/computer skills.

Qualifications

• Must currently reside in Missouri.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.

• High speed Internet access (min 3 Mbps upload, 30 Mbps download); wireless air cards prohibited.
• A quiet space at home free of distractions.
