Qualifikationen

• Must reside in Missouri.
• 1 year of Call Center experience.
• 6 months Customer Service experience.
• Basic typing and computer skills.
• High speed Internet (e.g. cable, DSL or fiber) with reliable connection.
• A quiet home workspace free of distractions.

Aufgaben

• Handle inbound calls from Members, Clients and Facilities.
• Expect 60–80 calls per day with higher volumes on Mondays.
• Provide frontline customer care and information with professionalism.
